IGNITE 6 x 90 minute 1:1 coaching sessions completed weekly to ignite an important change where barriers may be high and habits and routines will challenge desired changes. Give yourself the time to work on the realization of your personal strengths and resources to equip yourself to manage challenging transitions as you move towards your goals.
Your coaching experience focuses on your personal goals and can be completed in a content specific context or completely content-free. Content free coaching allows you to work through your goals without needing to share them with your coach. This is a unique experience that can enhance the effectiveness of personal coaching for difficult and very personal changes.
